Where REIGN Comes From
REIGN wasn't designed in a boardroom. It was built out of the daily reality of running hourly workforces.
REIGN is built by Mindful Measures, founded by Reginald Reed Jr. — a Milwaukee workforce operator who spent years staffing crews, scheduling shifts, and watching good workers go unrecognized because the systems around them only recorded hours, never capability.
That operating experience became the product: a platform where the time clock itself produces the evidence — verified hours, demonstrated skills, real performance — and every decision downstream runs on that evidence. The Real-Time Resume, REIGN's portable verified work record, exists because the people who built this platform watched workers lose the proof of their own work every time they changed jobs.
Today REIGN runs live in real staffing operations, and its engineering is AI-augmented end to end — the same intelligence we ship in the product builds the product.
