Security & Data Practices
REIGN handles time punches, performance records, and worker information. Here is how that data is protected — stated plainly, with nothing we can't back up.
Encryption everywhere
All traffic is encrypted in transit with TLS, and data is encrypted at rest on our cloud infrastructure. There is no unencrypted path to workforce data.
Role-based access
Employers, managers, and workers each see exactly what their role permits. Workers own their Real-Time Resume; employers see their own organization and nothing else.
Data minimization
We collect what the platform needs to run — time punches, skills, schedules, performance — and we do not sell worker data. Ever.
Enterprise cloud infrastructure
REIGNOS runs on established, independently audited cloud providers, inheriting their physical security, redundancy, and network protections.
Credential hygiene
Secrets live in managed environment configuration, never in source code. Administrative access is limited and logged.
A straight answer on compliance
We are a pre-launch company and we will not claim certifications we do not hold. Ask us where we are on our compliance roadmap and we will tell you exactly — in writing.
Workers' Data Belongs to Workers
The Real-Time Resume is built on a simple principle: the record of your work is yours. Workers can see the verified history REIGN holds about them, and that history is designed to be portable — it follows the worker, not the employer.
Full details on what we collect and how it's used are in our Privacy Policy.
